Download Yoke, create an account with your email, and follow the short welcome flow. Your first daily check-in takes about 30 seconds – mood, energy, and anything on your mind.
Connecting with your partner
Yoke is built for two. One of you generates an invite and shares it with the other; once they accept, your check-ins are linked. You can unlink at any time in Settings, which immediately stops sharing.
Notifications & daily reminders
You can turn on a gentle daily reminder in Settings and choose the time. It only nudges you if you haven't already checked in that day. You'll also be notified when your partner checks in or sends you a nudge.
Your data & privacy
Your check-ins are private to you and your linked partner, stored securely with encryption at rest. We never sell your data or use it for ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Exporting or deleting your data
You can export your data any time from Settings. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll remove it promptly.
